Walking For Weight Loss – The Right Way Of Doing It

Walking for weight loss is an easy and natural way of losing weight. Walking is among the first things that we will learn as we are growing up and as we grow it is among the simplest to do. It is a bit hard to think that something so simple and easy can be so effective in loosing weight. It is but logical to look into the bodies of people who walk for a living as example walkathon athletes, they have slim yet slender bodies and the firmest carve out buns. This will just show that walking can be indeed an effective weight loss exercise. Indeed simple can be effective.

In this article I am going to show you a simple walking for weight loss technique you can use to burn fat and lose weight at a super fast rate, this technique is so powerful and yet you need not even run to get the powerful metabolism boosting effects off it!, needed to burn unwanted or excess fats in the body. This will allow you to offset your caloric balance to favor weight loss for with a boost in metabolism you will be burning more calories than you take in hence weight loss.

In this exercise you will need a treadmill but you can just as well use a hill if you don't have one! Wear your running shoes and head out to a hill, do this exercise and watch as the body fat slides off effortlessly.

Here is the walking for weight loss technique:

You will walk backwards to hit your thighs hard, then reverse directions an blast your butt by climbing a steep hill at a face rate to increase calorie burn-

This simple alternation will help you burn 35% more calories than what you would burn on a normal 3.5 mph walk.

So turn around , its amazing how the difference a little change of scenery will do, it will give you strong curvy hips and a firmer backside!

Here is how you do it

After a brief 2-3 minute warm up of walking, walk backward at a slow pace for 2 minutes -this is called a retro walk and then after the 2 minutes reverse direction and then quickly climb a steep hill for another 2 minutes. Do this 9-15 times alternating between backward walking and hill climbing! And that is your workout.
